I have been told that a farmer whose surname was RADKE or some variation of this name purchased a farm from my grandfather Earnest Dickson in Ellis County, Texas, sometime in the late 1940's or early 1950's. If anyone knows this gentleman's name I would greatly appreciate it.
I am attempting to establish the orginal date of purchase of this farm by my grandfather but I do not have a legal description of the property and no record of deed is registered in the Ellis County Courthouse. Thanks for any assistance.
