I am interested in your Pennell family that came from Liverpool to Quebec City in May 1871. I have a Pennell family that did the same thing in May 1871, but they came on the ship Nestorian. They went to Wentworth, Hamilton, Ontario where they lived until their deaths.

What was name of the father of Elizabeth? My family had 3 sons that did not travel with them--Matthew William, John Richard, and Arthur Edward James Pennell. Could any of these be the father of Elizabeth? If so we have common ancestors.
