Looking for more information on the Pennells from West Virginia and Virginia. My father's name is Alan Wade Pennell, he was born in 1955 in Leesburg Virginia. His father was Alan Chester Pennell (1928-2008). Alan Chester's father was Clarence Pennell and his mother was Frances MacBryde (I am not sure if they ever married). I think Clarence's parents were George H. Pennell and Cora Ramsey, but I am not positive. I have hit a brick wall at this point. My father knows very little of his father's family. Clarence Pennell was born roughly 1905 in Morgantown or Randolph, WV. George I believe was born in WV, but moved later to Ohio. Any information would be a huge help!
