Donnie, i have done some research and everything seems to be a dead end,here is what i know, william pennell came from sandy point, where he was before this i have no idea, he married,amelia goudie, people called her milley,here is where it got interesting, seems she was in labrador but her family roots go back to russia,after this it gets cloudy,i have been looking into this for some time now, if you have more information i would love to hear it, in the mean time i will keep looking and let you know what i come up with.
