Hello,

I am looking for information about Keno Frank Pennell born on 10-14-37 in Philadelphia, PA. His mothers name was Anna Gray and his fathers name was either Frank L Pennell or Francis Pennell. It was said that he lived in CA. and attended Art School-College. He may have also been in the military for four years sometime at the end of the Korean Conflict, he would have been 17-21 years of age. He was also believed to have lived in one of the Carolina states. He settled in VA. and was known to have a wife and son that died in a car accident possibly in Fredericksburg, VA.
