Virginia, I am a ggg grandson of Thomas and Maria Simpson Pacey of Yorkshire who immigrated to the US in 1838 and 1840 respectively. Thomas' parents may have originally been from Heckington (Lincolnshire). If there are any ties between our respective lines they would date back to England prior to their immigration. However, I do have some information on your gg grandparents, Thomas and Elizabeth Pacey of Stainby. My source is a family history developed by Lorene M. Pacey about 1965 or so. This information is limited but if it is of interest please let me know and I will pass it on.
