Cooper in Fluvanna Co. VA Henderson Pace b. 1814-who is father?

I am trying to find the father of Henderson Pace b. 26 Jun 1814 in Fluvanna Co., VA. He married Margaret Ann Dixon (b. 23 Oct 1828 Botetourt Co., VA) in Albemarle County 16 Aug 1845. His first child, Texas Jane Pace was born in Ohio 26 Jan 1846. They show up in the 1850 census in Gallia Co., OH. In 1860, in Fayette Co., OH. In 1870 in Jackson Co., MO. And in 1880 they are in Andrew Co., MO. Because one of Henderson's children is named Theodore Tarleton (b. 1 Feb 1840) I would suspect that maybe he was named after a grandfather, Tarleton Pace. Does anybody have any suggestions for me? I did see that Margaret Dixon's brother Joseph Dixon b. 1832 (also a cooper) and Louisa Dixon b. abt 1833 lived with Henderson & his family in OH in the 1850 census.
