O'Callaghan/Reardon marriage, late 18th cent?

Hello: I believe my ggggrandfather Michael Reardon of Cork married Catherine O'Callaghan and they had Michael Henry Reardon, born 1804, who married Sarah Dyer in Tralee Feb. 14, 1833. Michael and Catherine also had a daughter, Ellen, who married a MacGillicuddy. The younger Michael was said to have been a Young Ireland man. We believe there is a connection between the Reardons and the O'Connells. A Dr. John O'Reardon was a close cousin of Daniel O'Connell and was also his personal physician--but I haven't been able to find the exact link between the two families. Any and all help much appreciated! Michael Haines
