Johann Neubauer (exact spelling cannot be verified) came to Hastings, Ne in 1879 and died within 6 months of his arrival. Wife was Rosa Bethke - they had Frederick/Julius/Henry/William/Ferdinand. they were from Russland. Rosa (Bethke) Neubauer remarried Fred Donner of Hasting, Ne. PROBLEM: Have been unable to find any info on Johann's entry into the US. On 1880 census his name was listed a Neighbor and on another Newbury - this I attribute to errors on the census taker. Any info and or suggested work line will be appreciated.
