I think that "Radshire" must be an error in transcription from the original handwritten entry. In Britain, only county names end in "shire".

A suggestion would be Radclive in Buckinghamshire, assuming that the "cl" looks similar in handwritten form to "sh" and the "v" could easily be misread as "r". This is very much a shot in the dark, as this is the only alternative I can find from looking at local detailed maps.
