Hi

I am trying to find out who the parens of Matilda Delvain's Flatforts parents were.

This is what I may of pieced together and am hoping someone might be able to help.

Riley C. Meadows born 14 May 1828 in Whitney Co., Ky. he died 10 May 1902 in Monroe Co., Indiana
His parents were William Isom Meadows 1800-1850
Sarah "Sallie" unknown 1802-1850.

Riley was born 1828 in Whitney or Whitley Co., Ks.

1849 age 21 was in Indiana

1850 age 22 Living in Bloomington, Monore, Indiana

1860 age 32, he was living in same city, town etc. . He was listed as a Farmer, Laborer and living with a Winney Flatford age 60. She was born about 1790. I think she may of been his wifes mother or grandmother? 1870-1881 still in Monroe until his death in 1902. Matilda died March 3, 1900.

He was also a Teamster.

Matilida Delavin Flatford his wife was also in Bloomington, Monroe, Indiana. I am hoping someone can help me trace this family backwards to see if Matilda's family can be located. I do not know when her and Riley C. Meadows married so I do not know if Flatford could of been a prior married name.

But maybe Delavin, or Flatford along with Meadows surname can be located? in Bloomington, Monroe, IN. during these years

They had many children
These are the ones that were listed with Riley C. Meadows families on line.

George Riley 1857-1904
Adeline 1851-1852
Laura Jane 1852
Frank B. 1855-
Mary Jane 1858-1933
Emma 1858-
Sarah Emma 1860-1868
Charles Riley 1862-1934
James 1863-
William 1866-
James L. 1866-1875
Millie 1866-

I am thinking they must of all been born in Indiana maybe in Bloomington, Monore Co. IN.

Any help? will be appreciated.

Thank you

candy
