The Jason Meadow homeplace is located at Gordon's Mountain, located in southern Anson County, NC. Three cemeteries are located there. 1st is the Hubbard cemetery which has been restored, 2nd is the James Greene cemetery which has been destroyed, and third, the Jason Meadow cemetery, which is in ruinous condition.
I mention the three cemeteries because of the intermarriages between the three families. There seems to be members of each family buried in each cemetery.
Also, the Horne families are very closely entangled. Many unmarked graves around Gordon Mountain area that probably contain our Meadow/Meador/s ancestry.
