Maybe you would like to share your info with someone who really would like to share with you. You see I'm searching for info on a Miss Reed Married to A Mr. Meade, who Had a son named John Meade. John Meade married a Miss Mary McCormick, sometime between 1850 and 1867. Probably in Minnesota Territory. According to my Gread Grandmother's Obituary, they lived in Faxon, Carver Co. Minnesota. John and Mary Meade had 5 children. Amanda, Mary, Emily, Frank, and My Great grandmother Catherine Sarah meade. Of Amanda Meade, I have no info, only that she was born after 1867 and before 1874-75, when Mary (McCormick) Meade died. Mary Meade married a Matthew Biggins, and was still alive in 1953. Emily Meade married a Mr. Riley, and was still living in 1953 also. Of Frank meade I have very little info, except to say that he fought in the Spanish-American war and was killed during this war, probably during 1912. Catherine Sarah Meade lived to a ripe old age and was the mother to my Stannard line. She married my great grandfather Willis Ellie Meade in 1890 at Armour, South Dakota. Their children were John W., George, Mary, Ethel, Elizabeth, Cora, and my grandfather Frank R Stannard. If this line interests you please contact me at katieerdahl@aol.com,.
