Good Evening Vance:
I was rechecking my records and those of PEI and the Margaret and William that you mention in your email are most likely not the parents that Im looking for..After looking at the 1881 canadian census I noticed the family and the two girls,elizabeth and margaret are not listed as children also the religion is not the same as the family in England..and the other information that I have listed a son Pennington Watt Mead passed away at a young age and no other children are listed...
Hope this will help..Have you ever heard of the Pennington name? William uses it as his middle name..
