Good Evening Vance Thank you for your quick reply. Yes the grandchildren listed are correct..They were living with my gggggrandfather's daughter,Margaret and John Thomas at the home of John's son John T.N.Thomas.. I hadn't check the Canadian census for 1881,that never crossed my mind. I will check that out..However, the dates for their births Margaret and William might be 10 years off.Since Margaret was born in PEI,CA. around 1846 and according to the 1861 census in England she was listed as 18 years old..I do have the marriage date the same as you so that fits in..The only problem I have is finding out if the children Margaret and Elizabeth stayed in England or went to Canada..of even here in the States.where Im located. Do you know if they have William P. Mead's father and mothers name listed anywhere? Oh one thing I forgot to tell you is that Margaret and John Thomas were married in Stonehouse in the 1840's then emmigrated to PEI,Ca. where John T. had a business and eventually John T. jr took over after John retired. Do you know of any living relatives..Im finding that my English relative lists is getting quite large and its nice to know that there as many there as here in the States.. Again thankyou for your quick reply and assistance regarding the Mead family.. Regards Richard Coleman Notify Administrator about this message?
