Israel Mead

While trolling through Ontario Canada marriages for 1868 I came across a marriage for a Nathan Mead 60 (abt 1808)who gave his parents as Israel and Fannie Mead.I am assuming that this is the Israel son of Richard Mead and Parneal Sutton.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
Does anyone know anything about Israel-birth,death,marriage
and children?
