Some of you may be interested in an article I wrote that is appearing in three parts, starting in the January 2009 New England Historical and Genealogical Register NEHGR, "Some Descendants of Nathaniel Mead of Greenwich, Connecticut, through his son Josiah Mead." I used the land records to prove that Spencer P. Mead's genealogy had errors in this particular line.
Nathaniel was the son of John Mead, the proprietor.
