McKeen/McCain/McKean Rev. War Records - Part II

Here are more Rev. War Records. I hope they help someone.

1. Hugh McKeen and wife Mary Gragg who married 12-16-1784. Hugh's first wife was Joanna Danford and they married 2-23-1779. Located in Series M805, Roll 572, Image 286, File #W19866, 15 Pages. Hugh was born in London derry, NH and died 6-29-1840. Children and their birthdays listed in these papers.

2. John McKeen born April 24, 1760 in Londonderry, NH. Had a brother named Samuel. Located in Series M805, Roll 572, Image 300, File #15531, 7 Pages.

3. Samuel McKeen was born in 1764 and was 80 years of age in 1844. He served in the war under his father CAPTAIN ROBERT MCKEEN. Robert was promoted to Major in the spring of 1779. Robert died July 1781 in Montgomery Co., NY and Samuel was wounded. Located in Series M805, Roll 572, Image 302, File #S27161/S28806, 9 Pages. Very interesting story in these papers.

4. Thomas McKeen of Washington Co., PA. Located in Series M805, Roll 572, Image 311, File #S41826, 7 Pages. Children in 1820 were - John 34 yrs, Mary 30 yrs, James 23 yrs and Isabella 18 yrs.
