Looking for more info on Mrs. Sarah McKEEN who was listed in Hays BOWDRE's will. Hays died 1856 Augusta, Richmond Co., GA. In his will he asks that his daughter "take good care of her grandmother, Mrs. Sarah McKEEN." The will also mentions his brother, Thomas J. BOWDRE.
Per the 1850 Richmond Co., GA census:
Hays Bowdre 57 GA Merchant
Sarah McKeen 70 VA
Fernidand Phinizy 32 GA Wholesale Merchant
Harriet-----------22 GA
Fernidand B.----5/12 GA
Thos. J. Bowdre---47 GA Clerk
Trying to determine who Mrs. Sarah McKEEN's husband was.
