Obit dated 20 Feb 2007 available www.Idahostatesman.com. Kelly was preceded by his parents, George and Suzanna (Louckes) McKean, by his stepmother, Blanche McKean, by brothers Lester, Harold, Ray and Gail McKean, by sisters, Theodora Bridwell and Clara Hinz; survivors include his wife, Elberta (Bert) Broomhall and their 3 children.
