Mayle from Germany, Switzerland?

I am trying to track down the origin of an ancestor whose name was Cathrina Meili. I think she may have been born in 1678 in either the Zurich Canton of Switzerland or somewhere in the Duchy of Zweibruecken, which is now in southwest Germany. She may have married a Jacob Bruecker in 1698, and passed away in 1706. I have found a listing of people with the surname "Mayle" in the Lutheran parish book of the village of Rohrbach, in the province of Baden, but am unable to see if Cathrina and/or Jacob lived here. Does anyone know of the German roots of the Mayle/Meili family?
