I know this is an old posting but I hope that you all are still out there shaking the famliy tree.
I have some members on my tree that sound like it may be a match to your line.
Wilmer Male Sr (born abt 1735 in England, died in 1800 in Randolph county Virginia) married Mary Elizabeth Cockett. Their son Wilmore Male Jr ( born abt 1756 in England. died 1845 in Hamphshire county Virginia) married Priscilla Nancy Harris they married abt 1784.
Wilmer and Mary had a son Wilmer Male III born abt 1785 he married a Mary Murphy she was born in Ritchie County West Virginia
Wilmer the 3rd and Mary Murphy had a son Adam Mayle born abt 1830 who married Catherine "cassie" Murphy (born abt 1837)
Adam and Cassie had a son Fredrick Mayle (born July 20 1874 in Grafton West Virginia, died May 30 1948 in Parkersburg West Virginia) Fredrick married Clara Marie Leasure (born April 10 1895 in Ritchie County West Virginia died November 11 1971 in Parkersburg West Virginia)
Fredrick and Clara had a Daughter named Rosie Kathleen (still living)
Rosie Kathleen Mayle married Francise Kennath Hammond and they are my parents.
