Searching for parents of Lucinda Maxim, B. 1790-2 probably Rochester, M. 1. Wm. Hall 2. Asaph Tinkham 3. BEnjamin Westgate, Jr. Died in Plymouth Dec. 1819.
Possible parents, Joseph Maxim, John Maxim, Reuben Maxim.
Possible brothers, Levi Maxim (M. Rube Hall) Joseph Maxim.
Son Joseph Tinkham married Mercy Shaw. Daughter Eunice Russel Hall married Elijah Caswell. Levi Westgate married Emily Frank and Luncinda Westgate married Eliphalet Field.
Lucinda 1., when she was married to Tinkham, was sued and called a "pauper" in court case (when she was married to Tinkham)for goods and services they received. Plymouth sued Freetown for care of her children, Eunice Russell Hall and Joseph tinkham (also "paupers")several years after Lucinda died (as a Westgate) Lucinda 1. had had a settlement in Rochester, but Westgate had a settlement in Freetown which became her settlement by marriage. (at least, I think that's how it goes)
