Since my last posting, I have obtained some more information on George Maxim, my greatgrandfather. He was born in Czecko-Slovakia March 3, 1891. His father's name was Peter Maxim and his mother's first name was Elizabeth (maiden, unknown at this time). He passed away in Pittsburgh, Pennslyvania June 11, 1962. He worked for US. Steel in Pennsylvania and lived @ 1685 Parkline Drive in Pittsburgh when he died. Sometime during his life he changed his last name from Maxim to Maksim. He married Maria(Mary) Bucko. Bucko was changed to Butchko sometime during her life, too. I hope this sounds familiar to
