While I'm not from this Margeson line, I do have an Esther Paddock, daughter of Aaron Paddock(1763-1860) and Sarah "Sally" Benjamin(b.1779) in Dutchess County NY. Aaron was the son of David B. Paddock and Miriam Belden from Franklin Co., MA. Sally was the daughter of Chester Benjamin and Antjie Harp from Ulster Co. NY. 3 of David Paddock's children married 3 of Chester Benjamin's children. The Paddoc line goes back to Jean Padoc b.1405 in Bavay, Nord, France. The Benjamin line goes back to John Benjamin b.1598 and Abigail Eddy from Heathfield, Sussex, England.
