I was about to post a query about Jean/Jane MABON and George DAVIDSON when I noticed your query first.
Do you know anything about them?
They married 1831 Chirnside, and if I've identified them correctly in the 1881 census, were living Doughty House, which is where my John DAVIDSON and wife Agnes FAIRBAIRN were also living. So I'm trying to see if there was a connection between them, or was it just coincidence that they were neighbours?
