Richard, I have a lot of info on the Davis family in which your Della has to be in that family but I cannot find her in the 1880 Nodaway or Andrew census. I looked in the census and your Richard lives fairly close to the Litz (spelled Litts. Sarah Jane Davis Litz died sometime after 1880)and so I am wondering if she had Della 1st part of 1880. Dates can be deceiving I'll keep looking. I really do think Della is George and Sarah Davis Litz were her parents. E-mail me for more info
