THANKS so much Ron for this information. I am still looking for his correct birth date. Family "history" says that he lied about his age so he could enlist & that he was really about 14 at his enlistment. So far, I have not been able to verify this.
He is buried in Kensico Cemetary, Lakeview Ave., Valhalla, N.Y., Westchester County....sec.178 - 2A4/2B2
