Hugh, thank you very much for the information you have sent to me. I really do not know anything about my Irish roots other than what I have posted. I am only familiar with the records that I have found in Lanark Co., Ontario , Canada. The land records, and the ship record of him I have found. Neither of which tells me any more. I have seen a record that states that when Thomas Lett family arrived in Canada they left a younger brother, Tommy, with their cousin Samuel in Lanark (my Samuel) while they journeyed to Toronto with letters of introduction to Rev. Stephen Lett of Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford. Do you have any idea how I could connect Samuel Lett to the possible father Henry Lett that you mentioned.
