John H. Burton lived and died in Carter City, Carter County, Kentucky.
Him and His wife Mary were our neighbors, but I really do not recall Uncle John dying before I went into the Navy in 1962 or if it was later.
I suppose I could contact the Vital Records in Frankfort, Kentucky and get a copy of His death certificate.
The Funeral Home has changed ownership about three times, I am in hopes that the records may still be there and they may be able to help me,the new owner has told me that soon as they finish remodeling I am welcome to come by and check the records for Him.
