Nathaniel (the surveyor), Malachiah and Enoch Fitz Randolph of Mercer County, KY

My husband, Danny Brown Randolph is a direct descendant of Malachiah F. Randolph. I am picking up the quest to find the parents of these three men:

Nathaniel (the surveyor), Malachiah and Enoch Fitz Randolph from Woodbridge, Middlesex, New Jersey.

I can't understand why there is so much information gathered by the DAR for the Nathaniel Randolph who perished during the Rev. War and there is very little attention given to our Nathaniel F. Randolph. Both of the Nat. Randolphs were from Woodbridge, Middlesex, New Jersey. Our Nathaniel served as a Captain under General George Rodgers Clark on the Western Front during the Rev. war. He was the chief purchasing agent and a surveyor.

We have records where he served on a jury with Daniel Boone. He was a true, trail blazing pioneer in Kentucky.

I am patching together his bio. There must be a record of the parents of these men. So far, I can't find it. Malachiah was born on January 17, 1757. I believe Nathaniel was older. I have located Fitz Randolph families with both a Nathaniel and "Malachi" none with an "Enoch". If anyone has information on these brothers, I would love some help.

Claudia Randolph,
Kentucky
