Thank you Sherrie: When I enquired about the possibility of the date being on the divorce records I was told "it's possible or they weren't quite sure" I wasn't given an affirmative answer. It was a few years ago. I have exhausted all areas of search now so perhaps I will send for the divorce records and keep my fingers crossed. Thanks for the reply. Beverley
