HELP!

I cant seem to find anything on my great uncle Daniel E. (Dan) Steadman's (1932-1988) service in the Korean War. His original papers were destroyed in the St. Louis fire and he didn't turn his discharge papers into the courthouse he was from (Belmont County, Ohio). His wife had a certificate from when he was discharged from the Reserves in 1960 but that dosen't have any other info then his rank (Corporal) and the day he was discharged. She dosent know anything else on his service and Im out of places to turn! All I know is he was a Corporal in the U.S. Army from 1952-1954 and then was discharged from the Reserves in 1960. I know for a fact he was in Korea because his widow said so and he has a grave marker. I doubt anybody here would remember him, but is there anyway I can find out his unit(s) he served with, because I think he deserves recognition for his service other than he just "served over there". Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me!
