I am looking for any information on Mr (Rev.) Gary Kizer who used to be working as a missionary at Cebu City, Phillippines, in the 1970ies and 1980ies, but left the country to the United States after his first wife died.
I am an author (specialized in biographies) based in Munich, Germany, and am currently working on a project about Cebu City in the early 1980ies. I am sure that Mr. Kizer could be of great help to my project...
