Looking for a Phillip Jackson Kisor m. Elza Jane Unknown, with daughter Annie Georgia Kiser, b. Sept. 1, 1874.
Family member gave the above as the parents of Annie with no further information.
Annie Georgia Kiser m. James W. Hale Aug. 14, 1892 Knoxville, Knox Co. TN.

Branch, Patsy, gdau, b. Aug. 1889, 11, AR NC TN
Annie Georgia Kiser Hale, says in the 1900 Knox Co TN census that she and her parents were born in TN. However, Annie may not have known or remembered where her parents were born.
Her husband, James W. Hale, was in Clinton, Anderson Co. TN in the 1870 Anderson Co TN census with his parents Jonathan Hale and Martha. He was 3 yrs old. They were in Knoxville, Knox Co. TN in 1880 and onward.
There is a Phillip Kiser in Blount Co. in 1850 census age 20. His age does not fit as he would be born in 1830.
I feel that the Philip Keiser and Lizy are the parents of Annie Georgia Kiser but cannot identify any Philip Keiser's, or variations of Keiser, in the 1880 census on LDS site. I can't find them anywhere. They probably died in Anderson Co. TN
Can anyone help me with this family?
