There is info on the web that the Lawrence/Lorentz Kizer, who came to Lincoln Co. NC ca 1770's was a descendent of a Mattahias Kizer of Germany. Is there any documented evidence available to make this connection? My line if Lorentz's son Joseph who may have married a Catherine.
