Henry Kiser was probaby the brother of Jacob Kiser, b 1784 in NJ (1850 Census) Both removed to Holmes Co, OH before 1830.
Henry's wife was Elizabeth (-) and they had children:
Margaret (m.11 Nov 1841 Robert Murry/Murray), Jacob, Jemima(m. 14 Feb 1833 Peter Fox), Anna, Elizabeth and Hester.
