Kane/Keane and Brennan are names found in Co Galway where my Cain family originated. My Y-DNA matches include Cain, Caine, Kane & Keane, all members of the Cain DNA project at www.familytreedna.com
I can't guarantee that this means that Jeremiah Keane came from the same location, but a simple cheek-swab of one of Susan's male Kane relations- a brother, uncle, or cousin, will provide the answer.
