James Keane/Cain

I am looking for information on James Keane who was married in 1850 to Eliza Edgar in Drumgath. They apparently traveled
immediately to the USA. Their first born may have been named Sarah Jane Cain and she may have been born on the ship before
they arrived in New York in 1851. I don't know what ship they took nor do I know what the port of departure was. Because of the
change in the spelling of the last name, I am not yet 100% sure this is my gg-whatever, but it's starting to look more and more
like he is.

Here is the only information I can find on their marriage:

I'm looking for as much information as possible, particularly which ship they may have taken and when/where the last name was changed.
