I am a descendent of a James Kean of Lancaster, Pa. He married a Catharine Streene on 24 Aug 1772 at First Reformed Church, of that city. I don't know where he's from, but I found a birth and baptism date for a James Kean in Philadelphia for 1750. Parents for that James were James & Jane. There's two census records for a James Kean of Strasburg Twp, Lancaster Co., PA. He's there in both the 1790 & 1800 censuses. Can anyone confirm the baptism in Philadelphia or does anyone know the parents for James who married Catharine Streene?
