Have Nora Kane b ~ 1845 ( Ireland, Canada?)died May 1903
m John O'Brien (b ~1842) St. Louis
Children: Charles (b ~1867); John (b~1869); William (b ~1870); Mary E (b~1872) All born in St. Louis.
Remarried Michael Murphy (~1840-7/4/1903); had son Martin(1879-July 1903).
Mother of Nora seemingly lived in St. Louis as well. Have book inscribed "To Mrs. Kane from the Sisters Of Mercy St. Louis Mo. Christmas 1872".
Notice of Nora's death included notice to Toronto newspaper.
Any connection, direction or information about the Kane's in Canada is welcome.
