Margaret H. Kane (1844-1927) was born in Susquehanna Co., PA. She married Patrick Thomas Moran (1839?-1881), an Irish immigrant and a blacksmith in Montrose of that county. They had five children: Helen E. (1863-1931) mar. John J. Doyle; Josephine F. (1865-?); Willie E. (1867-?); Isabelle C. (1869-?); Marguerite Agnes (1872-1912) mar. Joseph R. Kerwin (1876-1917). Marguerite and Joseph are my grandparents. I would like to hear from someone who has info on Margaret Kane's and Patrick Moran's families of origin.
