Are there any relations of George KAIN / CAIN in Tasmania?

He arrived on the Frances Charlotte (2) in 1837. Was supposed to spend 7 years but according to death record from Victoria he spent 15 years in Tasmania. ?

Also searching for Ticket of Leave information on this man, who was only 17 years of age when sentenced in 1836 Nottingham UK.

Any assistance appreciated.
