Elias Kain - 81st Pa.

Looking for the burial site for Elias Kain. He died February, 1917. He served in Co. A, 81st Pa. Inf. under the name of Levi Haines during the Civil War. He was born March, 1845. His wife's name is Elizabeth. She died in 1914 and is buried in Forney's Cemetery, Rife, dauphin County, Pa. I suspect he may also be buried there. I am researching the men of the 81st Pa. Any help would be most appreciated.
