My Grandfather, Wilhelm Jeschke, was born in Posen, Germany Jan. 1907 and came to America at age 5 in Feb 1912 with his mother Emilie Jeschke and 4 of his 9 siblings. My Great Grandfather, Rudolf Jeschke (Emilie's husband), had come to America 3 years earlier to settle a home and secure money for the rest of the family to come. I believe they resided in Bremen, Germany as well, but am unsure of when and how long.
