"Naceradec" is a village that few SMRZs and SMRZOVA who came from thru Ellis Island.
"baza" is a site for Poland's church records.
It is possible that YABLONSZKY/JABLONSKY was Slovak surname and slightly different in Polish, JABLONSKI. SKY ending suggests that the surname originates from a village by that name.
Our ancestors married within same region, religion (few exceptions) but for sure one common language to communicate in. If they married in "old country" than the villages should be/could be within 10 miles radius.
