My great grandmother was Othilda (Matilda) Ibach b in Baden Baden Germany about 1842. She married to Conrad Weber b. Dec 1839(name change to Weaver). They came through Canada into NY and finally to Goodhue and Dakota Counties MN about 1865. Unfortunately, Othilda died in 1874 in Hastings, Dakota Co MN, probably in child birth. There is a 4 year gap in children between the first child, my grandfather Angus, and his siter Jenny. Is it possible that Othilda was not the first wife of Conrad? I know nothing abot Othilda's background. Need all data on her family. Any help appreciated.
