Hello all. Was wondering if someone could be so kind as to properly decipher this for me?

I know it is the reformed church wedding record of my Great-Great-Great grandparents Ferencz Pap & Zsuzsanna Laki from Szentes, Hungary dated 4 Jan 1826.
I also understand that it lists Ferencz as the son of Ferencz and Zsuzsanna as the daughter of Istvan.
And I understand the age of Ferencz was 23 and Zsuzsanna 18.
HOWEVER... there is more info here I do not understand. Such as before "Pap Ferencz" it says something to the effect of "A Kis Erben" and after his name it says something like "Lakas monter fia". I do not understand these.
I would like a 100% complete translation of this record as I feel the little pieces of info may be a missing piece of my puzzle!
