I don't see any Civil Registration listings for Györ in the LDS records. In any case, there wouldn't be films of anything that late.
Whose death record are you looking for? Gyorgy Ede's? Even were you to locate the correct district, the records would likely not be available to you for "privacy" reasons because you are not directly related.
I hope your contacts will be successful with the school and with the Ukraine birth record.
