info request Istvan Kovacs and Julia Toth 1870 to 1900 Horka Slovakia or Hungary

I am seeking information on where to view or obtain copies of birth and marriage records for

Steve Kovach aka, Istvan Kovacs born Horka, Hungary (now Horka, Slovakia) 5th of January, 1873, Married in 1898 and immigrated to USA in 1902. Steve's father's name was probably the same, Steve (or Istvan in Hungarian).

and his wife

Julia Toth Kovacs (or Kovach) Born Horka, Hungary (again, now Slovakia) 16th of September 1875. Parents were Stephen (or Istvan) Toth and Julia Palesor.

Steve and Julia Kovach had two children while still in Hungary. Erzebet Kovacs born, 1900, and Steve Kovacs born 1902.

What I am seeking is parentage records for Steve and Julia. Any tips on where to look will be appreciated.
